Is there a Shopify App?
Not yet — we're shipping the web platform first. The Shopify App (embedded in your admin) is on the roadmap for 2027. The web platform works perfectly for monitoring competitors today.
How many competitors can I watch?
On Pro, up to 100 stores in your watchlist. On Free, up to 5. Pro is the right tier for serious competitive monitoring.
How often does data refresh?
Daily snapshots across your watched stores. Pro tier sees changes in the weekly digest. Real-time install/uninstall alerts are a Business-tier feature.
Do you track non-DACH brands?
Our index is DACH-first (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). We have decent coverage of EU brands and lighter coverage of US brands. If your competitors are mostly outside DACH, Storeleads might fit better than us — be honest about it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No annual lock-in unless you pick the annual plan (which saves 17%). Monthly cancels at the end of the billing cycle.
